Excavator Operator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Excavator Operator who is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Safety Focus

The ideal candidate will have a passion for construction and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

A minimum of 2 years of experience operating excavators is required, along with the ability to work full-time in Al Ahmadi.

Indian nationals with English proficiency are eligible for this position, and visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate hydraulic excavators, backhoe loaders, and skid steer loaders safely and efficiently
  • Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment to prevent malfunctions and ensure a safe working environment
  • Plan and execute excavation tasks according to project specifications, taking into account soil conditions and other relevant factors
  • Safely load and unload materials using excavating equipment, following all necessary safety protocols
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations on the job site, reporting any hazards or concerns to supervisors immediately
Essential Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience operating excavators
  • Proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work full-time in Al Ahmadi, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities
  • Physical fitness and ability to handle the demands of the job, including manual labor and exposure to varying environmental conditions
  • Valid driver's license for operating heavy equipment, with a good driving record

This role requires a high level of physical fitness and the ability to work in a variety of environmental conditions.
