Job Overview:

Linked4HR is seeking a highly skilled Land Rig Driller to operate 3000 HP deep drilling land rigs in Kuwait. As a key member of our drilling team, you will play a critical role in ensuring safe and efficient drilling operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of drilling equipment, including drawworks, mud pumps, and drilling systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, safety incidents, and drilling operations.
  • Collaborate with the drilling team to ensure smooth rig operations, promoting a culture of safety, teamwork, and open communication.
  • Identify and troubleshoot complex issues, implementing effective solutions to ensure safe and efficient drilling operations.
  • Participate in regular training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in drilling operations.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Driller in high-pressure environments, with mandatory experience in 3000 HP and above deep drilling land rig operations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with additional technical or vocational training in drilling operations preferred.
  • Valid Well Control Certification (IWCF or IADC) and safety training certifications (e.g., H2 S, First Aid, Firefighting).

Requirements:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of drilling equipment, with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to lead by example, promote a culture of safety, and work effectively with the drilling team.
