Job Summary:

Amentum is seeking a skilled Timesheet Reconciliation Analyst to perform daily timesheets audits and reconcile employee activity reports against department work authorizations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and management, with expertise in Microsoft Power BI, Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform daily timesheets audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  2. Analyze CLIN Management results for accuracy and make recommendations for improvement.
  3. Communicate with project employees to correct timesheet errors and reduce post-submission corrections.
  4. Assist with ad hoc tasks and research to support the finance team.

Requirements:

  • University degree required.
  • Valid driver's license may be required.
  • T1 NACI or higher clearance for U.S. citizens.

Work Environment:

The selected candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, requiring excellent interpersonal, oral, and written English communication skills.
