  3. Conduct regular equipment inspections to identify potential issues and prevent downtime.
  4. Provide training and guidance to junior team members to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve maintenance operations.

Requirements: 10 years of experience in maintenance operations, strong understanding of industrial equipment maintenance, and excellent leadership skills.
