IT Director

As a key member of our Alghanim Industries team, you will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of digital initiatives. This includes overseeing business requirement gathering, ensuring accurate documentation of User Stories and Process Flows, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to align on delivery deadlines and achieve project objectives.

• Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, documenting, and analyzing complex business requirements and processes.
• Develop and execute strategic business solution development and execution plans.
• Direct and manage comprehensive data analysis initiatives to support high-level decision-making.
• Drive the creation and approval of business cases and projects that support innovative retail initiatives.
• Ensure seamless translation of complex business needs into scalable Agile software solutions.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on market research, competitive analysis, and industry trends.
• Lead and mentor a team of business analysts to foster collaboration and continuous improvement within an Agile environment.

• 8-12 years of experience in retail and e-commerce domain.
• Proven experience managing business initiatives within a retail environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
