**Job Description**
- As a senior product manager, you will be responsible for driving the vision of our desktop experience and leading the roadmap of our desktop product.
Our company is a leading provider of open source software and operating systems to the global enterprise and technology markets. Our platform, Ubuntu, is very widely used in breakthrough enterprise initiatives such as public cloud, data science, AI, engineering innovation and IoT.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced product manager who can contribute to the success of our sales team in winning new opportunities, reviewing customer feedback and participating in customer meetings.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Linux and the wider open source software community, as well as experience with computer architecture, application development, enterprise IT, cloud or devices.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Exceptional academic results at high school and university
- Understanding of Linux and the wider open source software community
- Understanding of computer architecture, application development, enterprise IT, cloud or devices
- Passion to write about technologies and the tech landscape
