• You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, adhering to established guidelines and procedures.
• Regularly inspect equipment and report any issues to your supervisor or team lead.
• Ensure all guest documentation is complete and up-to-date.
• Effectively handle lost property according to established protocols.
• Restock mini-bars as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Sort and count dirty linen items before sending them to laundry.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning product usage.
• Clean and restock the trolley daily to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized store room and trolley area.

• Vocational certificate in Accommodation or diploma in Hospitality (or equivalent).
• A minimum of one year's experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in the national language and good spoken English skills.
