Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Exhibition Floor Leader to oversee the daily operations of our showroom, ensuring a smooth workflow and meeting sales targets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, training and mentoring staff, and maintaining inventory levels.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in showroom management or a similar role in the automotive industry, with strong leadership and team management skills. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the daily operations of the showroom to ensure a smooth workflow.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  3. Train, mentor, and manage showroom staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.
  4. Maintain inventory levels and ensure that the showroom is well-stocked with the latest models.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and repeat business.
  6. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  7. Coordinate with marketing teams to promote showroom events and special offers.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  9. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and staff productivity.
  10. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Preferred Candidate

  1. Proven experience in showroom management or a similar role in the automotive industry.
  2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  5. Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  6. Proficient in using dealership management software and CRM systems.
  7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  9. Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions.
  10. Strong negotiation skills to close sales effectively.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  2. Experience of 3-8 years in the relevant field.
  3. Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  4. Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
