Key Responsibilities:
  1. Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service, leveraging product knowledge to exceed expectations.
  2. Efficiently process orders received from wait staff, organizing them according to set standards for timely delivery.
  3. Manage daily orders, verify items against specifications, and maintain accurate restocking levels while upholding presentation and hygiene norms.
  4. Participate in opening and closing duties in compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  5. Maintain and report essential records, including training logs, taste panels, and waste management forms, promptly reporting any operational issues or customer complaints to the supervisor.
  6. Process cash transactions accurately, handling exchanges and money movements in accordance with established guidelines.
  7. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to place orders for necessary products.
  8. Prepare takeaway orders efficiently, adhering to presentation standards, and accommodate special requests as needed.
  9. Communicate operational details effectively to team members through proper handover processes documented in logbooks.
  10. Ensure a clean environment by implementing hygiene practices such as 'Clean as you go' and regular counter sanitization.
  11. Conduct monthly inventory for disposable items (consumables).

Requirements:
