About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Professional to join our team as a Business Transformation Consultant. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a pivotal role in driving transformation initiatives across multiple business functions.

Your primary responsibilities will include gathering and analysing data to identify opportunities for improvement, supporting large-scale transformation projects, and enhancing organisational performance. You will collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to ensure that data-driven insights and strategic recommendations are effectively integrated, contributing to the success of our organisational change efforts.

Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Conducting data mining and statistical analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities across departments.
  • Designing reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Utilising tools such as Power BI or Excel to visualise data in a clear, impactful manner to support decision-making.
  • Ensuring accurate reporting by monitoring data quality and eliminating irrelevant data.
Strategic & Organisational Analysis
  • Analysing business processes, organisational structures, and performance management systems to identify areas for strategic transformation.
  • Collaborating with senior management to define business objectives and help shape the transformation strategy.
  • Providing recommendations to improve operational efficiency, employee engagement, and profitability.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
  • Building and maintaining relationships with business stakeholders across teams to align on transformation goals.
  • Communicating complex analysis and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insights to enhance business performance.
Project Management & Delivery
  • Leading key workstreams within large-scale transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Applying project management techniques to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring successful execution.
  • Overseeing the timely delivery of transformation initiatives, maintaining focus on strategic outcomes.
Performance Improvement & Change Management
  • Supporting the implementation of performance management frameworks that align with strategic goals.
  • Assisting in managing change processes to ensure smooth transitions across teams.
  • Tracking the success of transformation projects and recommending improvements to optimise results.
Requirements
  • 3+ years in transformation, consulting, or 5+ years in data analysis, ideally within a project-based or multidisciplinary environment.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale transformation projects, with a focus on data analysis, organisational effectiveness, and performance improvements.
  • Strong background in business process optimisation, organisational design, and performance management systems.
  • Proficiency with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience in the GCC (Kuwait, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia) preferred, with knowledge of local business practices and regulations.
Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field (Master's or MBA is a plus).
  • Certifications in change management, project management, business transformation, or data analysis are desirable (e.g., Prosci, Six Sigma, PMP).
