Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the safety and security of our guests, employees, and hotel property.
  • Conduct regular patrols and monitor surveillance systems to prevent security breaches.
  • Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms in a professional manner.
  • Assist guests and staff with security-related concerns and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in security, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  2. Knowledge of CCTV operations is an advantage.
  3. Physically fit and able to work in a dynamic environment.
  4. Strong observation and problem-solving skills.
  5. Proactive, alert, and able to handle emergency situations efficiently.
  6. Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
  7. Fluent in the local language; additional languages are a plus.
