Opportunity Overview

This exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Desk Operations Supervisor to work with our team at Vectrus.

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supervise the Desk Operations Coordinator when monitoring fire alarms, installed alarms, intrusion detection, vehicle tracking, and Closed-Circuit Television Systems (CCTVs), and coordinate for Law enforcement, Fire, and EMS response upon activation.
  • Ensure that all equipment to include computer-aided dispatch system and radio system is operational.
  • Responsible for supervising the Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement of Computer Aided Dispatch System (CAD) entries.
Skills and Experience Required
  • Minimum of one year of experience in dispatching emergency and/or non-emergency services.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs – Mainly PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
