Jacquemus is a Paris-based fashion house known for its unique runway shows held in unexpected locations. The brand's collections reference the French art of living and universal beauty gestures, incorporating influences from fine art photography to decorative arts, cinema, painting, and sculpture.

About the Position

We are seeking experienced Fashion Consultants to join our team at the first Jacquemus concession in Kuwait. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth while delivering exceptional Guest Experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • You will analyze customer behavior, product performance, and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized recommendations and exceptional service.
  • You will provide insights on product development, ensuring we meet our guests' needs and expectations.
  • You will drive employee engagement and motivation through people experience initiatives and culture.
  • You will ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and SOPs.
  • You will optimize click and collect services to meet guest expectations.
  • You will capture and utilize customer data to enhance the shopping experience.
  • You will promote the loyalty program and stay up-to-date with app features.
  • You will support in-store events and activations.
  • You will stay informed about brand social media activities and campaigns.
  • You will drive sales growth within the store.

Requirements

  • Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
  • Prior retail sales experience, preferably in ready-to-wear fashion.
  • Understanding of retail metrics and selling strategies.
  • Prior CRM and clienteling experience.
