About the Team: Our Customer Success team is dedicated to providing the best possible experience for our customers. As a Graduate Customer Success Manager, you will be part of a team that is passionate about technology and committed to helping others.

Your Responsibilities: You will support customers by finding solutions to ticket requests, collaborating with Sales and Support in developing and delivering engagement plans, and engaging with your portfolio of customers to ensure risk identification.

What We Look For: We are looking for individuals with customer-facing experience, empathy, and a passion for technology. Strong organisational skills, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to interact with all departments internally are also essential.

Additional Skills: Proficiency in languages such as Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, or Italian is an asset, but not required.
