NDT Inspector

This position is responsible for performing non-destructive inspections and testing of aircraft structures and engine components.

Responsibilities:

• Use various NDI methods to inspect aircraft components, including liquid penetrant testing, magnetic particle testing, and ultrasonic testing.
• Analyze test results to determine whether aircraft components meet quality standards.
• Provide detailed reports of findings to management and maintenance personnel.
• Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure that all necessary repairs and maintenance are performed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

• Qualified NDT technician with 4+ years of experience.
• Graduate of a Maintenance NDT/Inspection course.
• Training in various NDI methods, including liquid penetrant, magnetic particle, spectrometer, X-ray, and eddy current testing.
• Certification under MIL-STD-410, ASNT SNT-TC-1A, or equivalent qualification program up to Level II certification.
• Excellent vision, color perception ability, and ability to distinguish between colors used in NDI processes.
