Job Description:
As a skilled Floral Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the head florist with various tasks, including arranging flowers, processing orders, maintaining inventory, and providing excellent customer service. Your main goal will be to ensure that our customers receive top-notch floral arrangements that meet their needs.

Main Responsibilities:
• Assisting the head florist with arranging flowers and creating beautiful bouquets
• Processing orders from customers and ensuring timely delivery
• Maintaining inventory and ordering new supplies when needed
• Providing excellent customer service by answering inquiries and taking special requests
• Ensuring the shop is clean and presentable at all times

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Previous experience working as a florist
• Knowledge of different types of flowers and plants
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Indian nationality preferred (not mandatory)
