Job Title: IT Manager

The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the effective performance of IT services, ensuring high-quality delivery and optimal utilization of resources. In this role at Refreshment Trading Co., you will play a key part in driving the company's technology forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop policies and procedures for computer systems operation and data processing to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Oversight of hiring and training of IT service technicians and operators to guarantee they have the necessary skills to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Direction of IT service representatives to ensure job duties are performed effectively and efficiently.
  • Evaluation and assurance of required hardware, software, and tools for delivering quality IT services.
  • Analysis of the organization's IT structure to identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements.
  • Conduct regular inspections to guarantee that operational IT equipment and workstations are functioning correctly.
  • Maintenance and repair of faulty machines, or oversight of replacement as needed to minimize downtime.
  • Communication with clients to understand their requirements and facilitate meeting their needs.
  • Forecasting to identify potential future IT challenges and develop strategies to minimize risks.
  • Work within objectives to achieve set targets and improve overall performance.
  • Stay updated on hardware, software, and general IT systems through ongoing studies and educational programs.
  • Setup and installation of IT workstations and network infrastructure to ensure seamless integration.
  • Supervision of customer service team to ensure compliance with customer service standards and procedures.
  • Maintenance of accurate inventory of hardware, software, and technological tools to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Recommendation of action plans to management for improving services and increasing efficiency.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of the information database by implementing robust security measures.
Requirements
  • Professional experience in the field of IT with deep knowledge of managing computer systems and expertise in system management and control.
  • Proficiency in fixing issues, maintaining systems, and modifying IT components as per requirement to ensure seamless operation.
  • In-depth knowledge of handling all network system requirements, including configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Professional education in IT and related fields with emphasis on system management and control to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Effective collaboration and coordination with team members to achieve common goals.
  • Strong networking, communication, and soft skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
