The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that drives continuous improvement and exceeds customer expectations. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the execution of all operational activities, determining resource requirements and optimizing crew utilization, asset management, and inventory control to positively impact financial results.
- Maintaining strategic focus on delivering high-quality services to customers, ensuring strict adherence to service quality and safety standards.
- Fostering and leading continuous improvement initiatives to optimize internal processes and meet business needs.
The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of product lines, technical job planning, and customer requirements, with strong finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control skills. Proficiency in relevant systems such as JDE, Hyperion, TapRoot, PeopleSoft, Salesforce, and FieldFX is also required. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or an equivalent field is essential, along with 7+ years of relevant experience in operations management and 2+ years of P&L responsibility.
