Cement Mixing and Blending Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Cement Mixing and Blending Expert to join our team at HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L.
The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in bulk plant operations in the oil field, with a diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering or any other technical trade.
The successful candidate will be responsible for blending and mixing materials such as cement, chemicals, and acids as per programmed design specifications for operations.
They will operate blending and mixing equipment safely and efficiently, following standard operating procedures.
Ensuring the quality and consistency of blended materials through adherence to quality control measures is a key aspect of this role.
The successful candidate will perform start-up, maintenance, and regular inspections of bulk plant equipment to ensure operational readiness.
Troubleshooting equipment issues and coordinating repairs as necessary to minimize downtime will also be a crucial part of this position.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bulk plant facility, ensuring equipment and work areas are kept in good condition, is essential.
The successful candidate must be able to monitor inventory levels of bulk materials and chemicals, ensuring adequate supply for scheduled operations.
Conducting inventory counts and assisting in maintaining accurate inventory records is also required.
Safe handling and storage of chemicals and materials is a critical responsibility, following proper labeling and storage procedures.
The successful candidate must adhere to all HSE policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations related to bulk plant operations.
Participating in safety training programs and drills, such as firefighting and emergency response exercises, is essential.
Conducting risk assessments before tasks to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards is a critical skill for this role.
Effective communication with supervisors, dispatchers, and other team members regarding job requirements and status updates is vital.
The successful candidate must prepare and maintain accurate records of blending operations, equipment maintenance, and inventory usage.
Reporting any incidents, accidents, or near misses promptly to the supervisor and participating in all safety-related trainings and initiatives is required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Diploma in mechanical/electrical or any other technical trade.
4-6 years relevant experience in bulk plant in oil field operations.
Cementing school certification will be preferred.
Kuwait Light/Heavy duty Driving License.
Must be able to understand, speak and write in English.
Computer literate - MS Office proficient - ERP usage know-how.
