**Job Summary**

The Senior Cyber Security Professional at Tiqmos will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our cyber security initiatives in Kuwait. The role is tasked with monitoring the channels through which information flows into and out of our information network, observing all operations occurring across the network, and managing the infrastructure that facilitates those operations.

**Primary Duties and Key Responsibilities**

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive cyber security strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  2. Lead the development of cyber security governance documents.
  3. Obtain corporate management's endorsement of security policies, standards, and procedures by articulating cost and benefits.
  4. Lead the execution of cyber security programs, projects, and initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  5. Ensure compliance with relevant cyber security laws, regulations, and standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, CBK).
  6. Liaise with the group cyber security team, regulatory bodies, and auditors as necessary.
  7. Evaluate, select, and manage third-party vendors and service providers to ensure they meet cyber security requirements and standards.
  8. Source the best cyber security tools for the company as deemed necessary.
  9. Allocate resources effectively to support cyber security initiatives and projects.
  10. Audit business practices to identify areas of improvement.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, Information Technology, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  2. 7+ years of experience in project management, with a successful track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and high-quality standard.
  3. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, frameworks, and tools (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Microsoft Project, Jira).
  4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
  5. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate risks, identify issues, and develop practical solutions.
