Store Assistant

Job Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a friendly and engaging personality, good verbal communication skills, ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours, confident, helpful, and polite demeanor, and physical fitness. As a Store Assistant at HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L, you will be responsible for creating a positive shopping experience for our customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and meeting sales targets.

About the Position: In this role, you will be responsible for greeting customers promptly, responding to inquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will also participate in store meetings, represent a positive attitude toward the merchandise, brand, and company, and participate in all inventories.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers promptly and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
2. Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and adhering to visual merchandising standards.
3. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
4. Meet or exceed weekly sales targets by actively engaging with customers, promoting products, and providing recommendations.
