Business Analyst - Supply Chain

This is a key liaison role between business stakeholders and IT, where you will drive digital transformation initiatives across supply chain operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that supply chain processes (procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, warehouse management, etc.) are supported by robust, scalable, and user-centric systems.

Job Summary:
  • We seek a skilled Business Analyst to collaborate with supply chain teams to gather and document business and system requirements.
  • Analyze and map current supply chain processes to identify improvement opportunities and digitalization potential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in supply chain or logistics IT systems.
  • Proven experience with major ERP systems and/or WMS/TMS platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand complex supply chain workflows and translate them into system solutions.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
