The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching Math subjects at Middle to Secondary grade levels. Key responsibilities include developing lesson plans and themes aligned with curriculum objectives, instructing through lectures, discussions, and demonstrations, and using computers, audiovisual aids, and other equipment to supplement presentations.
In addition, the successful applicant will adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet the varying needs and interests of students, facilitate learning by establishing a relationship with students and organizing learning resources and the classroom environment, and prepare, administer, and grade tests and assignments to evaluate student progress.
Meeting with Parents/Guardians and StaffRegular meetings with parents or guardians, teachers, counselors, and administrators are crucial in resolving any possible behavioral or academic problems. This role requires effective communication skills to ensure a smooth flow of information and collaborative efforts towards student success.
Professional Development and Classroom ManagementTo maintain and improve professional competence, attending professional development workshops and educational conferences is highly recommended. Establishing and enforcing rules for class management and student behavior is also essential to create a conducive learning environment.
Required Qualifications and Experience- Bachelor Degree in Math from a recognized University in the UK, US, CA, AU, or NZ
- TEACHING LICENSE FROM ONE OF THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES: UK, US, CA, AU, OR NZ
- Excellent English Communication Skills
- Excellent Classroom Management Skills
This position offers a competitive TAX-FREE monthly salary, furnished 1-2 bedroom flat depending on family size, utilities paid for by the school, health insurance coverage for employee only, return annual air fare for employee only, and annual leave generally from the 3rd week of June till end of August plus all National and Religious Holidays during the year.
