A Pivotal Role in Shaping Futures

We are seeking a dynamic Academic Navigator who will play a pivotal role in guiding students through their academic journeys. As a key member of our team, you will help students navigate their college and career aspirations while preparing them for future success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to enhance students' understanding of post-secondary opportunities.
  • Organize college visits, career fairs, and workshops to provide students with valuable resources and information.
  • Develop and implement strategies to support students with college applications, including essays, interviews, and scholarship applications.
  • Advocate for students' needs and work towards creating a supportive and inclusive school environment.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Counseling or a related field.
  • Certification as a Guidance Counselor or Counselor.
  • Required prior experience as a High School/Career/College Counselor.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
