  • The HVAC Mechanic Lead must have expert knowledge of equipment manuals for servicing, operations, and repair of HVAC systems.
  • Must be an expert in corrective actions performed by maintenance teams.
  • Must have the ability to document and report inspection findings using pictures on required forms.

Responsibilities
  • Lead all duties and responsibilities of an HVAC section.
  • Provides maintenance, repair, and replacement of heating, refrigeration, and air conditioning equipment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent required. Two (2) years of HVAC or related technical school highly desirable.
  • Five (5) years HVAC experience with trade certifications.
  • Two (2) years supervisory experience.
