- The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in managing multi-store environments and driving commercial success.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning
- Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Operational Oversight
- Managing store openings, renovations, and lease negotiations.
- Team Leadership
- Leading and developing a high-performing team that consistently delivers exceptional results.
- Performance Monitoring
- Tracking and analyzing business performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Relationship Building
- Maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in retail operations, including 5 years in a leadership role within the luxury segment.
