This position requires a sales professional with a strong background in software sales. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of direct sales experience within a software vendor, system integrator, IT consultancy & services, or a similar environment.
Key responsibilities include identifying opportunities for account retention and growth, addressing clients' most critical priorities, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. You will also be responsible for expanding our customer base through effective sales strategies.
To succeed in this role, you must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. A bachelor's or master's degree is desirable, and fluency in Arabic and English is required. Familiarity with Challenger Sales or a similar sales method is a plus.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of direct sales experience within a software vendor, system integrator, IT consultancy & services, or a similar environment.
- Experience selling to senior leaders, preferably the CIO.
- A consistent history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree is desirable.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Familiarity with Challenger Sales or a similar sales method is a plus.
