About the Role

We are hiring a highly skilled Wireline Operator for one of our esteemed clients in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in wireline operations and a strong understanding of field procedures, safety standards, and equipment handling.

Responsibilities:
  1. Operate and maintain complex wireline equipment during on-site field operations, adhering to strict safety protocols.
  2. Assist engineers in the rig-up and rig-down of logging and perforating tools, ensuring seamless project execution.
  3. Prepare and assemble downhole tools according to precise job specifications, guaranteeing optimal results.
  4. Work closely with engineers to conduct logging, perforation, and data acquisition activities, leveraging expertise to drive success.
  5. Handle explosives and pressure control equipment safely, adhering to established guidelines and regulations.
  6. Carefully inspect and maintain equipment to prevent downtime and ensure continuous operation.
  7. Immediately report any malfunctions, safety hazards, or non-conformances to supervisors, upholding high safety standards.
  8. Precisely complete all required field documentation, tool checklists, and service tickets, meeting deadlines.
  9. Engage actively in pre-job planning, safety meetings, and toolbox talks, fostering open communication.
