About the Role

As a Strategic Project Cost Manager at Worley, you will play a critical role in delivering projects and creating value over the life of our customers' assets. We're bridging two worlds, moving towards more sustainable energy sources, while helping to provide the energy, chemicals, and resources needed now.

Your primary objective will be to support the project control personnel of various projects utilizing our project control systems in the set-up and execution phases of the project.

You will provide specialist project control services for the support of our project control system, assist in the rollout of the system, and liaise with project teams to ensure the correct utilization of the system based on project-specific requirements and corporate guidelines.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Project Control Services: Provide expert support to project teams, ensuring the effective implementation of our project control systems.
  2. Rollout Support: Assist the Business Systems Group in the successful deployment of our project control system, including initial configuration and training activities.
  3. Liaison and Coordination: Collaborate with project teams to ensure the optimal use of our project control system, aligning with project needs and corporate standards.
  4. Data Interfaces: Develop and review data interfaces for third-party project systems, as required.
  5. Inter Entity Work Orders: Prepare and control Inter Entity Work Orders.
  6. Safety and Quality Assurance: Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to OH&S procedures, while working within the provisions and guidelines of our Quality Assurance system.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering
  • Experience in a Similar Role
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrate a proven track record of initiating meaningful project controls in a multi-project environment, with expertise in managing project time and cost.
  • Software Skills: Possess hands-on experience with the software associated with this role.
