This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of US Government projects abroad.
The Account Administrator Lead will oversee the monitoring, maintenance, and reconciliation of US Government and Company communication device bills for a specific department.
Key Responsibilities- Input all Government billing data from reports into billing spreadsheets and download company mobile communication device (MCD) data.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports on a regular basis.
- Compile, sort, and reconcile all data monthly to ensure accuracy and produce monthly billing reports. Analyze usage data and cost history, identifying trends and projections for management with the US Government and Company MCD bills.
- Collaborate with management to utilize financial data to recommend alternatives to resolve complex issues.
- Monitor and record changes to reports from Directorates and return payment to the Office. Submit reports to finance for payment.
- Secure acquisition and distribution of all MCD chips. Provide exceptional customer service and arrange for repair or replacement as required on MCD chips.
- Serve as Technical Monitor (TM) for Company cell phone service. Monitor and document subcontractor performance to contract performance standards. Act as Point of Contact for all MCD related issues between Company and subcontractor.
- Maintain accurate and compliant administrative files and records.
- Contribute to the development and updating of departmental work instructions, Statement of Work, and Project Operating Procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum Qualifications:
- CAC eligible and/or able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- A valid driver's license and ability to obtain a U.S. Government Motor Vehicle Operator's License and host nation Driver's License, is required
- Education/Certifications:
- Associate degree in Accounting or related business subject. Equivalent experience may be considered as a substitute.
- Two years analyzing financial information and preparing financial reports, is required.
- Three years experience in office administration and customer service role (such as counter service or IT help desk), is preferred.
- Skills:

- Familiarity with regulatory compliance
- High level of integrity and discretion
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working Conditions:
- Must be capable of working in extreme weather conditions with temperatures exceeding 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Indoor and/or outdoor environment with very adverse and harsh conditions
- Physical Requirements:
- Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
- Work may require heavy lifting, stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting, and working with or in areas where a potential could exist for exposure to physical, chemical, or biological agents.
