Job Description:
The Field Service Representatives are responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for systems related to Counter UAS capabilities. They possess sufficient technical knowledge to support maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of radars and computer systems at a tier two level.
This is a full-time position requiring travel to support multiple sites within the deployed country and nearby countries.
- Perform onsite technical support referring complex issues to subject matter experts and applying problem-solving skills.
- Provide tier two support for system components (radar, computers, software).
- Produce written documentation including memoranda, maintenance reports, and engineering surveys or service reports.
- Engage in physically demanding work when necessary.
- Conduct periodic and refresher training on system use, care, maintenance, and preventive measures following program guidance.
- Communicate complex technical issues including drafting reports and weekly activity summaries.
- Document all installations, maintenance, repairs, requisitions, and equipment receipt.
- Maintain expert knowledge of installed products and improve current technical security capabilities.
- Possess working knowledge of computer systems, security, operating systems, hardware, and networks.
