About You

  • You will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or Advance Diploma with equivalent years of experience.
  • You will have 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in commercial real estate, leasing, tenant relations, and property management operation.
  • You will possess strong English language skills (written and spoken).

Key Deliverables

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain high standards of service delivery by supporting the Line Manager and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure smooth transitions for new tenants and manage the necessary paperwork.
