Job Summary

The successful candidate will be a senior subject matter expert responsible for leading recruitment activities. They will utilize their knowledge of modern recruiting methods, systems, and routes to market to continuously improve key recruiting metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement best practice recruitment strategies that produce high-quality candidates in line with business requirements.
  2. Manage the annual and quarterly manpower planning process to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  3. Drive consistency in the recruiting process by championing the use of SuccessFactors across all recruitment.
  4. Create automated recruitment dashboards to accurately reflect recruiting activity via SuccessFactors.
  5. Analyze and share key recruitment metrics with HR and business stakeholders.
  6. Reduce recruitment cycle time by focusing on attracting, selecting, hiring, and onboarding talent into strategic positions.
  7. Support the development and execution of new assessment methodologies to improve hiring decision-making.
  8. Serve as the point of contact for LinkedIn relationships, including use and distribution of Recruiter licenses.
Candidate Requirements
  1. A minimum of 7 years of recruiting experience in large and/or complex organizations.
  2. In-depth understanding of recruitment and selection tools and techniques.
  3. Excellent relationship-building skills.
  4. Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  5. Well-developed project management skills.
  6. Strong analytical skills to work with data and drive improvement.
  7. Degree-educated in a business-related subject.
