We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Ground Handling Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient handling of passengers and baggage for OAL flights at Kuwait Airport. Your duties will include directing counter check-in activities, supervising loading and offloading of ULDs, and maintaining coordination relations with other carrier representatives and airport officials.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Direct counter check-in activities for OAL flights, ensuring that counters are adequately manned during all other carrier flights.
  2. Supervise the loading and offloading of ULDs as per loading instructions of OAL flights.
  3. Maintain coordination relations with other carrier representatives and airport officials to ensure the smooth handling of other carriers' flights at the airport.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Administration of Science or equivalent.
  2. 12 years' experience in passenger service, including required training courses.
  3. Very good knowledge of English.
