We are seeking an experienced IT professional to design, implement, and maintain our network infrastructure at American International University (AIU) in Kuwait.

About the Role

This is a challenging position that requires hands-on expertise in routing, switching, and passive network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience managing low-voltage systems such as CCTV, PA, and digital signage, as well as Cisco IP Telephony.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and administering network infrastructure, including core, edge, wireless, and internet services. They will also manage network resources, policies, and VPN services, support physical and virtual servers, and oversee low-voltage systems and IP telephony.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and administer network infrastructure
  • Manage network resources, policies, and VPN services
  • Support physical and virtual servers
  • Oversight of low-voltage systems and IP telephony
Requirements:
  • Proven network administration experience
  • Strong understanding of network management, control, and monitoring best practices
  • Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and troubleshooting
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills
  • Cisco CCNP certification
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Server 2012+ and network management tools
