Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless operations during peak periods
  • Manage inventory and maintenance of fitness equipment

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience in a leadership or supervisory role in a fitness setting
  • Strong understanding of fitness principles and programming
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
