Are you passionate about teaching and shaping the minds of young learners? We are seeking a dedicated KG or Primary Teacher to join our educational team in Kuwait City.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified teacher to develop lesson plans and themes that cater to the curriculum objectives specific for teaching at KG or Primary grade levels. As a key member of our team, you will instruct through lectures, discussions, and demonstrations, using computers, audiovisual aids, and other equipment and materials to supplement presentations.

Skills and Qualifications
  • We require a Bachelor Degree in Education or Early Years from a recognized University.
  • A teaching qualification from one of the following countries: UK, US, CA, AU, NZ (due to visa restrictions).
  • Excellent English Communications skills are essential.
  • Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to deal effectively with student behaviour issues are crucial.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with parents, guardians, teachers, counselors, and administrators to resolve any possible behavioural or academic problems. You will be expected to attend professional development workshops and educational conferences to maintain and improve your professional competence.

Benefits
  • Tax-free monthly salary ranging from KD 725 - 1175 depending on qualifications and experience.
  • A 1 or 2 bedroom flat provided depending on family size, or a housing allowance of KD 125 ($415 USD) monthly with the option to find your own accommodation.
  • Utilities paid for by school in the provided accommodation.
  • Government health coverage for employee only.
  • Cash annual return air fare to home country provided for employee only.
  • Annual summer vacations, winter and spring breaks, all government and religious holidays, sick leave, bereavement leave, and personal days are paid for in accordance with Labour Laws, school policy and procedures.
  • Sick leave: sick days are issued and covered as per the Kuwaiti labour laws.
  • 50% of tuition is covered for up to 2 children attending the same school as the employee.
  • Visa fees will be paid for employees only when done in Kuwait. Employee is responsible for fees for dependents.
  • One month basic salary for each year worked paid at end of service according to Labour Law of the country.
  • 1 year contract - renewable yearly.
