About the Job:
We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Home Care Assistant Nurse. As a key member of our home care team, you will provide high-quality nursing care and support to patients in their homes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide medication management and administration, as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma in Nursing (GNM/BSN) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum two years of experience in a related role, such as patient assistance or nursing.
- Valid registration with the Nursing Council of the home country, as per MOH requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
