  • They will also provide quality service in fitting rooms, follow up promptly, maintain cash wrap cleanliness, and attempt to increase sales.
  • In addition, the successful candidate will offer efficient service at the cash wrap, promote gift cards, maintain cleanliness, and capture customer information in the database.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation: The Fashion Consultant will be responsible for driving sales and meeting sales targets.
  • Customer Service: They will provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Store Operations: The successful candidate will maintain store standards, ensure a clean and organized environment, and perform various administrative tasks as assigned by the store management team.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience, with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and operations within the retail/brand management industry, specifically in fashion.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of market trends, brand positioning, and current economic impacts, ability to lift heavy items, and strong customer service skills.
  • Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
