Bulldozer and Excavator Handler Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Bulldozer and Excavator Handler to operate heavy machinery on various construction projects.

Responsibilities:
  1. Operate heavy machinery such as bulldozers and excavators safely and efficiently to complete construction tasks on time
  2. Load and unload trucks with excavated material, ensuring efficient logistics and timely project completion
  3. Perform routine maintenance tasks on heavy machinery, including lubricating parts and checking fluid levels to prevent breakdowns
  4. Monitor the operation of heavy machinery and make adjustments as needed to maintain optimal performance
  5. Comply with safety guidelines when working with heavy machinery to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications:
  1. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position
  2. Prior experience operating heavy machinery in a professional environment is essential; at least two years of relevant experience is preferred
  3. The ability to read blueprints and plans accurately and efficiently is crucial for success in this role
  4. A strong understanding of safety protocols related to excavation work is necessary to ensure a safe working environment
