Brand Marketing Manager

We are seeking a talented Brand Marketing Manager to join our team and drive the growth and success of our portfolio of brands. This role requires a creative and analytical marketer with a passion for building strong brands and engaging customers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on brand building and customer engagement. They will possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
  • Manage budgets and resources to deliver high-quality marketing materials and campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to inform strategic marketing decisions

Requirements & Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing management, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment
  2. Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing marketing plans, including advertising and promotions
  3. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  4. Fluent written and spoken English language skills
  5. Prior experience in retail food marketing is highly desirable
  6. A degree-level qualification in marketing or a related field is preferred
