Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in information management, such as DMS, ECM, Workflow Automation, BPM, A/P, Intelligent Document Processing, etc.
  • Experience within the outsourcing, SaaS, or hosted solutions industry is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, tailored to various audience levels.
  • Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of empathy and active listening skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain focus under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent time management skills.
  • Proven ability to make independent decisions, supporting large customer groups and managing complex projects.
