We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team. This is a full-time entry-level position that requires strong communication and organizational skills.

About the Role:

This role involves working closely with behavioral analysts to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans for patients enrolled in ABA therapy programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to clients in a one-on-one and group therapy setting to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatments as directed by supervisors.
  • Collect and record data on client behavior.
  • Collaborate, communicate, and assist with the training of clients, parents, and staff.
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients and their families.
  • Conduct other administrative duties as requested by ABA therapists.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience of 2 years working with children is preferred.
  • Experience in social services such as healthcare, behavioral healthcare, or education is preferable.
