Job Description

The Maintenance Associate will be responsible for performing maintenance activities according to the established Maintenance Program, with a focus on delivering high-quality results that meet operational demands.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out higher-level maintenance tasks under the guidance of a Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician.
  • Accurately capture maintenance-related data using TLM business systems, ensuring that all transactions are compliant with Schlumberger and division standards.
  • Develop and maintain your technical expertise through ongoing training and development programs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for process enhancement and implementing changes to drive excellence.

Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years' experience in a related field is required for this role. Your strong technical background and excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with the maintenance team and contribute to the success of the organization.
