Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, and wellness therapies. You will ensure guest comfort and satisfaction throughout the treatment experience, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and spa facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver exceptional spa services, focusing on guest satisfaction and ensuring a positive experience.
  2. Recommend appropriate treatments and retail products to guests, based on their needs and preferences.
  3. Maintain accurate records of services provided, while upholding client confidentiality.
  4. Contribute to achieving spa revenue targets, through service excellence and upselling.

Requirements:

  • Certified Spa Therapist with training in various massage and spa techniques.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or wellness spa is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a warm, welcoming personality.
  • Professional grooming and a strong customer service mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • English fluency is a must; Arabic is an advantage.
