• Assessment and Feedback: Mark and assess students' work, providing them with timely and constructive feedback to help them improve their performance.
• Student Records: Maintain accurate and clear student records to document their development, progress, and attainment.
• Classroom Environment: Create a safe, thriving, and respectful environment for all students in the classroom and on the school campus.
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and communicate respectfully with parents regarding the performance and progress of their children.
