Responsibilities
  1. Utilize standard project methodologies such as ASAP.
  2. Participate in or lead business blueprint workshops to analyze business processes and gather requirements, defining the project scope.
  3. Document the business blueprint report, detailing key findings and recommendations.
  4. Map customer requirements to SAP products and process flows, ensuring seamless integration.
  5. Effectively communicate SAP products and technology strategies to customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
  6. Communicate requirements, project scope, and issues effectively with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  7. Define system landscape, transport system, and authorizations, ensuring secure and efficient data management.
  8. Activate SAP Best Practices, understanding the underlying tool architecture and its applications.
  9. Activate/install the system, ensuring proper configuration, and transport legacy data, minimizing disruptions.
  10. Document development and reporting requirements, coordinating with respective teams to ensure timely completion.
  11. Perform functional, integration, and acceptance testing, validating system functionality and accuracy.
  12. Personalize reports, forms, and interfaces, tailoring them to customer needs and preferences.
  13. Communicate critical information to customers and team members, supporting change management activities and facilitating a smooth transition.
  14. Train end users and key users effectively, empowering them to utilize the system to its full potential.
  15. Manage the cut-over process, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuity.
  16. Monitor project progress and success, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  17. Provide post go-live support, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise and ensuring ongoing system stability.
  18. Resolve unexpected problems promptly, applying creative problem-solving skills and expertise to find effective solutions.
  19. Manage change effectively throughout the project, fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.
  20. Utilize the project management tool ERM (EasyRedmine), leveraging its features and functionalities to streamline project workflows and enhance collaboration.
Requirements
  • Possess a degree in Accounting or Engineering, with a strong foundation in relevant principles and practices.
  • Be comfortable with business processes and terminology, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry standards and best practices.
  • Demonstrate excellent engagement and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with people at all organizational levels.
  • Be willing to travel as part of consulting duties, adapting to new environments and situations.
  • Possess a valid driving license and own vehicle, with a reliable means of transportation.
