Expert Draftsperson

Are you a skilled draftsperson looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced Expert Draftsperson to join our team at HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L.

The successful candidate will have excellent technical drawing skills and be able to create detailed AutoCAD drawings for hospitality and restaurant projects.

You will work closely with our design and project management teams to translate concepts into precise architectural drawings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also have strong communication and collaboration abilities, allowing you to effectively communicate with designers and project managers to ensure drawings align with design intent and project requirements.

1. Create and modify detailed AutoCAD drawings for hospitality and restaurant projects.
2. Prepare technical documentation, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
3. Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure drawings align with design intent and project requirements.
4. Assist in site measurements, surveys, and coordination with consultants as needed.
5. Support in preparing 3D visualizations.

1. Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must.
2. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
3. Experience with 3D software such as SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max is a plus.
4. Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
6. Open to fresh graduates and professionals with varying levels of experience.
