About the Role:
- Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue potential clients to expand our portfolio, actively reach out to leads, set meetings, and present tailored solutions to close deals.
- Deal Closing & Revenue Growth: Lead negotiations with clients, ensure profitable contract agreements, and develop customized proposals and sales presentations to secure new business.
- Strategic Planning & Market Expansion: Conduct market research to identify industry trends and new revenue opportunities, work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns, and monitor competitor activities.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention, foster long-term partnerships by delivering exceptional customer service, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the marketing and advertising industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong ability to initiate, lead, and close deals independently.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills.
- Experience in consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
