Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing mission/resource analysis in direct coordination with the Supply, Maintenance, and Transportation department.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Compile and replicate all planning data to support Current and Future Operations.
  • Prepare and disseminate initial mission analysis for all missions/taskers.
  • Develop Common Operating Picture (COP) slides to depict ongoing mission statuses and report to stakeholders daily.
  • Identify and attain specific mission/project benchmark goals.
  • Evaluate program logistics resources to ensure they can adequately support each mission requirement.
  • Assist in the development of Concept of Support/Course of Action briefs, APS-5 Set Annual Issue Exercise requirements, and issue plans according to contract requirements.
  • Analyze Taskers, operational activities, and department metrics.
  • Coordinate multiple mission requirements including APS Set Readiness.
  • Sustain program through operational analysis, operational planning, maintenance & readiness reporting.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associates degree in Logistics or equivalent highly preferred.
  • 5 years of related civilian or military experience.
  • U.S. Army Logistics MOS preferred.
